Despite COVID challenges, and thanks to a generous donation from Cheam Prep in the UK, Roger de Wet has been able to run nets at an indoor cricket centre in Cape Town for some of the young cricketers.

We continue to support the Heathfield Primary cricket programme this year by covering all transport costs, match balls and other equipment they need.  This term we will also be hosting two Under 13 cricket matches and a netball match against touring UK sides.

We would like to thank the Pepler family for a kind donation of sports equipment, including some hockey sticks and pads.

We had a really busy start to the year, receiving wonderful donations of cricket kit from the following UK touring sides: Lancing College; Shropshire Under 13's; Cheam Prep and Ludgrove Prep.  This kit will be distributed at the start of next season to needy youth clubs here in the Western Cape and Overberg regions.

In the recent school holidays, Bishops College hosted roger de Wet and his Heathfield Primary School cricketers for a 2 day clinic.  Thanks Neil Carter for all your input and efforst.

We recently funded Mzi's flights, accommodation and food for him and his boxers at the Nationals. 16 year old Siphamandla Damesi won Gold in the 80kg division. Well done Coach and your boxers!
