Who Benefits

Who Benefits

Our sport4kids beneficiaries are children who are members of a team, an academy or who are specially selected individuals who are part of our Ambassadors programme.

Teams/Academies
Schools and clubs are assessed in terms of what their requirements are as well as whether they have the systems in place to care for the donated equipment. It is also important to us that they have the necessary interested staff and coaches to implement techniques, tactics and programmes that have been taught at our sport4kids clinics.

Ambassadors Programme
Our young Ambassadors are chosen through a careful selection process in which the youngsters are assessed in terms of their sporting potential as well as their academic potential and achievements. Care is taken throughout the programme to work with both the Ambassadors and their parents in order maximize the benefits for the children.

At this stage we have identified 6 youngsters at Heathfield Primary School as the first Ambassadors in our programme. Roger De Wet, teacher at Heathfield Primary and the founder member of “The Benjamin Project” will be working closely with these children.
